Are you an NHS frontline healthcare professional from an ethnic minority background concerned about patient safety? We want to hear from you!

As part of our Enhancing Cultures of Safety research theme, we are recruiting NHS frontline healthcare professionals from an ethnic minority background to share their views and experiences of speaking up about patient safety concerns. We want to understand how organisations can better support staff from diverse groups to speak up and develop a listening culture.
